𝟏. 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐬:
These products are created just for you after you make a purchase. You’ll get an email notification once your order is ready. I’ll personalize your item using the photos and details you provide, with professional editing like background changes.

• You’ll receive the first edits within 2-3 days after I get your info.

•  I’m happy to make free text and layout adjustments, but keep in mind that changes to photos or major designs may have extra fees.

• You can request a refund or cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase. Once I begin working on your order, cancellations are no longer possible.

𝟐. 𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 (𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬):
I design these custom portraits, and they’re printed by my trusted printing partner.

• You’ll see a draft within 2-3 days after sending your photos and details.

• I’ll need your final approval before I send it to print.

• After your custom design is sent to printing production, it will take 2-4 business days until it gets shipped.

• You’ll receive a tracking link once it’s taken over by the shipping company.

𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

• Once I start working on it, I can’t accept cancellations.

• Once the file has been sent to production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲

• If your product arrives damaged (like manufacturing errors or clear damage), let me know within 20 days of delivery, and please include a photo. I’ll be happy to offer a refund or replacement.

• If your print gets lost in the mail, I’ll also provide a refund or replacement.

𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲

• After your order is shipped, I can’t control delivery times, but I’ll provide tracking info so you can keep an eye on it.

• You’re responsible for any customs fees or taxes that might apply in your country.

• Please bear in mind that the print will be shipped within 2-4 business days after it has been sent to production.

1. Sizing: You can find detailed sizes in the product descriptions. If you need something custom, just ask!

2. Custom Orders: I love making custom orders, so feel free to reach out!

3. Gift Wrapping: Unfortunately, I don’t offer gift wrapping due to the nature of my products.

4. Time Zone: I’m based in Romania (Europe), so please allow up to 24 hours for me to reply to your messages.

5. Printing Digital Products: For the best results, I recommend using a professional printing service. Home printing isn't advised.
