PhotoDigiStudio.com offers two types of products: 1. CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS At Photodigistudio, you can order custom-made products as digital downloads or physical prints. Our custom creations include magazine covers, comic book covers, movie posters, party posters, welcome signs, banners, and backdrops. Digital Downloads: These custom products will be delivered as a digital downloads (file only). No print will be provided. Physical Products (Prints): These customized products will be printed and delivered to your address. 2. ZAZZLE TEMPLATES Our template designs are made by Photodigistudio, but the printing and shipping are handled by Zazzle’s print-on-demand service. They manage all orders, including customer support. For design inquiries, contact us via our contact form—we typically respond within 24–48 hours. For printing, shipping, or technical issues, please reach out to Zazzle’s customer support via email, chat, or phone. Their contact details are available in Zazzle’s Help Center.

Refunds for custom-made digital products are not possible due to the nature of these products.

Turnaround Time: You’ll receive the first draft within 2 days after I receive your information. Revisions: Free text and layout adjustments are included (3/order). However, changes to photos or major design alterations may incur additional fees. Cancellations & Refunds: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Once I begin working on it, cancellations are no longer possible. 2. Physical Prints If you choose a physical print, I will design and edit your product before sending it to my trusted printing partner for production. Draft & Approval: You’ll receive a draft within 2 days after submitting your photos and details. You have 3 free revisons included with your order. Your design approval is required before sending it to print production. Production & Shipping: - Printing takes 2-5 business days. - Shipping for US orders takes 2-5 business days. - Shipping for International orders takes 10-30 business days. - A tracking link will be provided once your order is shipped. Note: Banners and foam boards are shipped only within the U.S.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once editing work has begun or the file has been sent to production, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds or replacements are provided for damaged orders reported within 30 days of delivery. You'll have to submit a photo as a proof of the damage.

After your order is shipped, I can’t control delivery times, but I’ll provide tracking info so you can keep an eye on it. Shipping to the US takes between 2 to 5 business days, to international addresses it takes 10 - 30 business days. You’re responsible for any customs fees or taxes that might apply in your country. Please bear in mind that the print will be shipped within 2-5 business days after it has been sent to production. A tracking link and information will be provided after dispatch. If you encounter any shipping problems, please don't hesitate to contact us.

To create your personalized design, we require your photo and information. Orders without the necessary information to customize your product will be closed within 30 days, but we'll send reminders before closure.

Yes, we provide custom vinyl backdrop printing through a trusted printing shop based in New York. We ensure flawless print quality to bring your personalized designs to life with vibrant, durable materials. Printing is completed swiftly within 1-2 business days, and shipping within the United States takes an additional 2-5 business days. Please note that we currently ship only within the US. This efficient process allows you to receive your custom backdrop promptly, perfect for enhancing your photos or creating memorable gifts.

Your photos are never shared or used for any purpose other than creating your custom portrait. We delete your photos and personal info from our system within 3 months.
